The nearest train and bus station is in Liptovský Mikuláš, with connecting services to Jasná. The bus stop—Demänovská Valley, Jasná—is about a 20-minute walk from our resort. If you’re interested, we’ll be happy to arrange a transfer from Liptovský Mikuláš for a fee based on our current price list.
- What is the nearest airport, and how far away is it?
The nearest airport is Poprad–Tatry. Other available airports include Bratislava, Košice, Vienna, Kraków, and Budapest. We’re happy to arrange an airport transfer upon request.
- How do I purchase or redeem a gift certificate?
You can purchase gift certificates online through our booking portal and redeem them when making a reservation.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and credit/debit cards in euros. We also accept advance payments for stays via standard bank transfer. Payment by invoice is available for corporate partners as agreed.
