Please note: In the event of withdrawal from a contract for goods, the submission of this form is separate from the actual return of the goods. The goods must be returned in accordance with our return policy. For services, withdrawal from the contract is governed by applicable laws and terms and conditions, and the right to withdraw may be limited or excluded in certain cases.
