Björnson Tree Houses is a wonderful place where we truly relaxed. The accommodations are very nice, cozy, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. A big plus is the beautiful wellness center, where you can relax completely, and the gorgeous surroundings full of nature and tranquility.

The reception team definitely deserves the highest praise and “the greatest acclaim.” The guys were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. I’d especially like to single out Richard, whose welcoming and warm demeanor made our stay even more enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and thanks to him, we felt fantastic from the very first minute. We booked our vacation here through Slevovat, but unfortunately we were forced to change the dates 5 days before departure. I really appreciate the help from Mr. Richard Janovčík at the front desk, who understood the situation and was very helpful and willing to change the dates. Everything was resolved within 5 minutes. So we’re already looking forward to visiting Björnson on the new dates.

Beautiful surroundings; the cabins were spacious and cozy at the same time. The evening atmosphere was amazing—the entire hotel was lit up, including the cabins—it felt just like Christmas ❤️. The main building has a children’s play area, and there’s an outdoor playground with a trampoline. If it were possible to give Google six stars out of five, the Hotel Björnsonka in Demänovská Valley in Jasná would deserve them without a doubt. This resort is an absolute gem. At every turn, it’s clear that the owners had exceptional taste when planning the renovation and construction of this entire complex, a beautiful connection to nature, and, above all, a lucky hand in choosing the architect.

​The accommodations and the entire village of cabins and bungalows are exceptionally tastefully and thoughtfully nestled right in nature among the trees. The Nordic-style architecture blends perfectly with the surrounding forest. I appreciate the perfectly maintained access paths as well as the convenient parking, which provides practically direct access to the cabins.
​We stayed in a beautiful, modern, and spacious cabin. The Scandinavian-inspired furnishings are not only beautiful and tasteful but also extremely practical. Every day, we enjoyed a magical view of nature from the window. We lacked absolutely nothing in the cabin—you’ll find it fully equipped, including a terrace, a modern bathroom with a shower, a refrigerator, and a TV.  Another great bonus is the fast, seamless, and free Wi-Fi throughout the entire property. A big plus for us is that the hotel is dog-friendly, which allowed us to fully enjoy our entire vacation with our four-legged friend—a French bulldog.

​Top-Notch Dining
The half-board meals were simply outstanding. The dining area for breakfast and dinner is tastefully and practically furnished, spacious enough, and entirely glass-enclosed, so you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surroundings while you eat.
​Dinner: A huge selection of hot and cold dishes. Both meat lovers and vegetarians will find something to their liking here. Everything I tasted was perfectly prepared and truly delicious.
​Breakfast: An excellent and varied selection—ranging from “healthier” options (yogurts, oatmeal, seeds, and various treats you don’t see every day) to hearty classics like fresh scrambled eggs, sausages, eggs, and a generous selection of spreads, hams, and cheeses. We were delighted by the selection of pastries and as many as three types of fresh bread, high-quality juices, and truly excellent breakfast coffee.

​A Magical Wellness Experience in Nature
We visited the wellness center in the early evening, just before dusk, and it was an incredible experience. Access to it is convenient, and the entire space has an indescribable atmosphere. The outdoor hot tubs and the sauna with a view are beautifully integrated right into the natural surroundings. Relaxing in the warm water or the sauna while watching the forest grow dark is the perfect balm for the soul.

​Top-Notch Staff
The staff deserves special praise—everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, pleasant, and always ready to offer professional advice. Whether it was practical information about the cable car to Chopok (we were very glad we were able to go there) or tips for walks in the area. We really appreciated their recommendation for an easy and beautiful walk with our dog to Vrbické Pleso.

The Tree House cottage offers a wonderful concept and style. The use of natural materials perfectly enhances the sense of connection with the surrounding nature. The cottage was clean, very well-maintained, and the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly.
​A big plus is the great location—Slide Park is right nearby, and it’s only a 10-minute walk to the Lienka A4 chairlift. The meals (breakfast and dinner) at the main hotel were good, though the food tends to be lighter and less salty, which is likely tailored to the higher number of child guests. Part of the access road from the parking lot is gravel.
