• What types of rooms are available in the main hotel building?

  The main hotel building offers double rooms (with twin beds or a double bed), family rooms with a double bed and two extra beds, and larger family rooms with a double bed, a single bed, and two extra beds. All rooms have been completely renovated and are furnished in a natural mountain style.

• What is the room capacity?

  Björnsonka rooms and standard rooms can accommodate two people. A family room can accommodate up to four guests (one double bed and two extra beds), and a large family room can accommodate up to five (one double bed, one single bed, and two extra beds).

• Do all rooms have a private bathroom, a TV, and Wi-Fi?

  Yes. Each room has its own bathroom and toilet, a TV, and Wi-Fi.

• What are the check-in and check-out times?

  Check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. If you need to arrive earlier or leave later, we’ll be happy to accommodate you upon request, subject to availability.

• When is breakfast served?

  Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served buffet-style in the hotel restaurant from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

• When is dinner served?

  Dinner is also included in the price of the stay and is served as a hot buffet in the hotel restaurant from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. During the winter months, it begins at 5:00 p.m.

• Do the rooms have a view of the mountains?

  Yes. The rooms in the main hotel building offer views of the surrounding mountains and the landscape of the Low Tatras.

• Is the resort directly accessible from the ski slope (ski-in/ski-out)?

  The resort is located right in the Jasná ski area with direct access to the ski run and the ski lift, so when snow conditions are good, you can ski right up to the cabins and the hotel building—and head straight out onto the slopes.

• Where can I store my skis and gear?

  A lockable ski storage room is available for hotel guests, where you can safely store your skis and equipment. Tree Houses offers separate areas designated for storing and drying equipment.

• Are extra beds or cribs available for children?

  Tree Houses Family rooms already include extra beds, and we can provide additional beds upon request. We provide a crib free of charge upon request.

• What are the cancellation policies for reservations?

  Cancellation policies are specified when making a reservation and vary depending on the type of stay selected. Cancellation policies are governed by our General Terms and Conditions, which are published on our website.

• What if I arrive late in the evening?

  The front desk is open 24 hours a day, so arriving late in the evening or at night is no problem.
