- What does the wellness center include?
Our newly built outdoor wellness center features the following amenities:
- 1 large heated infinity whirlpool (36–37°C)
- 3 heated Finnish whirlpool tubs (Jacuzzi, capacity: 3 x 5 people)
- 3 saunas (bio sauna, Finnish sauna, salt sauna)
- 1 cooling tank
- 2 panoramic tepidariums (rest areas)

- What are the opening hours for the pools and saunas?
The wellness center is open daily from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The pools and hot tubs are open from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and the saunas are open from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. After 8:00 p.m., admission is restricted to guests 16 years of age and older.
- Is access to the wellness center included in the price, or is it charged separately?
Access to the wellness center is included in the price of all packages offered. Massages are billed separately according to the current price list and must be reserved in advance.
- Are there any age restrictions for admission to the wellness center?
Starting at 8:00 p.m., the wellness center is open only to guests 16 years of age or older. During the day, the center is also open to younger children when accompanied by an adult.
- Do I need to book a massage in advance?
Yes. Please book your massage at the front desk, ideally as soon as possible, so we can ensure your preferred time slot is available.
- Where is the wellness center located—is it really outdoors in the woods?
The wellness center is a separate outdoor facility located in the middle of the forest, just a few steps from the hotel building and Tree Houses, surrounded by the forest and offering views of the mountains.
- Can guests staying at the " Tree Houses" also use the wellness center?
Yes. Guests at Tree Houses have full access to the wellness center, just like guests staying in the hotel building.
- Is it suitable for children and families?
The pools and hot tubs are open to families during the day; evenings starting at 8:00 p.m. are reserved for guests 16 years of age and older. When using the sauna, we recommend considering the age and physical condition of children. Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
- What should I bring (towels, a bathrobe, a swimsuit)?
Please bring your swimwear. Bathrobes and towels are provided in each guest’s room or cabin; sauna towels are available directly at the wellness center.
- Is the wellness center open year-round?
Yes, the wellness center is open year-round with the same daily hours.
